In these Terms of Use (the "Terms") the following
definitions apply:
The "Service" means the BestQuote Enquiry Service
"Enquiry" means the details provided to BestQuote
by the User, either verbally or in writing, in order to describe
their requirements for broadcast and distribution to potential
Suppliers.
"Transaction" means any business that is carried
out between the User and the Supplier as a direct result of an
Enquiry. This includes but is not limited to the sale, hire or lease
of goods and services.
"User" means the person firm or corporate body
together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the
Companies Act 1985 who provides Enquiry details.
"Supplier" means the person firm or corporate
body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined
by the Companies Act 1985 who responds to an Enquiry, makes an
offer, invitation to treat, or Transaction with a User
These Terms are deemed to be accepted by virtue
of the User submitting an Enquiry.
1.0 NOTIFICATION AND
FEES The Service is provided free of charge and
therefore no fee is incurred by the User.
The User agrees to notify BestQuote immediately
of any Transaction with a Supplier such notice to include the price
(excluding any applicable tax) together with the name and contact
details of the Supplier.
2.0
SUITABILITY It is the responsibility of the User
to: (a) Ensure that any offer made by a Supplier meets their
requirements (b) Treat the Supplier as if they made the Enquiry
directly (c) Ensure that the Supplier has due title to the goods

LIABILITY BestQuote shall not be liable under any
circumstances for any loss (including loss of profit) injury,
expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct,
indirect or consequential) that may be suffered or incurred by the
Buyer as a result of using the Service. For the avoidance of doubt
nothing in these Terms shall exclude any liability for death or
personal injury arising from BestQuotes own negligence (as defined
in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977).
While BestQuote uses best endeavors to ensure the
accuracy of the information provided on this web-site,

In no event shall BestQuote be liable for any
damages of any kind related to or arising out of the use or misuse
of any information provided to the User
4.0
INDEMNITY The User shall indemnify and keep BestQuote
indemnified against any costs, claims or liabilities incurred by
BestQote arising out of the use of the Service by the User.
5.0
WARRANTY BestQuote makes no warranties or
representations of any kind for the Service being offered. The
Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without
any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including
without limitation to warranties of title, non infringement,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.0
WAIVER No failure or delay by BestQuote in exercising
any of its rights under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver
of that right and no waiver by BestQuote of any breach of these
Terms by the User shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent
breach of the same or any other provision.
The User irrevocably and unconditionally waives
any rights they may have to claim damages for any misrepresentation,
arrangement, understanding or agreement not contained in these Terms
or for any breach of any representation not contained in these Terms
(unless such misrepresentation or representation was made
fraudulently).
7.0
SEVERABILITY If any of these Terms shall be found by
any court or administrative body or competent jurisdiction to be
invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such
provision shall not affect any other provisions and all provisions
not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in
full force and effect.
8.0 ENTIRE
AGREEMENT It is acknowledged and agreed that these
Terms shall supercede all prior representations, arrangements,
understandings and agreements between the User and BestQuote
relating to the subject matter hereof and shall constitute the
entire, complete and exclusive agreement and understanding between
them. The User acknowledges and agrees that no representations,
arrangements, understandings or agreements (whether written or oral)
made by or on behalf of BestQuote have been relied upon other than
those expressly set out or referred to in these Terms.
9.0
LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed and
interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties hereby
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

make our database available to carefully selected companies whose
services may be of interest to you.
